<ul><li> 5+ years in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Prior experience managing teams and HR operations is a plus.</li><li> Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications like PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP are preferred.</li><li>Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.</li><li>Strong understanding of employment law, industry standards, and emerging HR practices.</li><li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.</li></ul><p><br></p>
