The successful candidate will serve as a vital partner to management and employees, ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting organizational initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment laws.</li><li>Support benefits administration, timekeeping, and payroll coordination.</li><li>Assist with employee relations issues by providing guidance, documentation, and resolution support.</li><li>Maintain HRIS records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Collaborate with management on performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and policy updates.</li></ul>

<ul><li>2–4 years of HR experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and applicant tracking systems.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of discretion.</li></ul><p><br></p>
