<ul><li>4+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong expertise in employee relations.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (PHR/SPHR certification preferred).</li><li>Demonstrated success in partnering with leadership and influencing outcomes.</li><li>Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
