Human Resources (HR) Manager
<p>Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and contribute to fostering a positive and engaging work environment. In this role, the HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who also thrives in managing day-to-day HR functions and is passionate about employee development.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute HR strategies to support organizational goals, enhance workplace culture, and attract and retain top talent.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of employees </li><li>Oversee employee relations and serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair resolutions in alignment with company policies.</li><li>Administer and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and other applicable requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with management to develop and implement training, development, and retention strategies.</li><li>Partner with leadership on performance management, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives </li><li>Administer compensation programs, including salary benchmarking and performance-based reviews.</li><li>Manage HRIS systems efficiently, ensuring accurate employee records and reporting analytics.</li><li>Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and ensure employee handbook compliance with current laws and regulations.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).</li><li>Experience leading HR strategies in midsize to large organizations (100+ employees).</li><li>Proven experience in talent development, employee engagement, and DE& I practices.</li><li>Familiarity with implementing HR technologies and managing AI oversight </li></ul><p><br></p>
