HR Generalist
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Santa Ana, California. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role will involve managing essential HR functions, including onboarding, compliance, and personnel changes, while supporting various employee groups across retail, warehouse, and corporate settings.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Facilitate onboarding processes for new team members across retail, warehouse, and corporate teams, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.<br>• Ensure compliance with I-9 documentation, harassment training, and minimum wage regulations.<br>• Manage personnel changes such as terminations, promotions, transfers, and status updates.<br>• Collaborate with leadership to address employee relations and provide HR support as needed.<br>• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks using HRIS systems.<br>• Support benefits administration and related functions to enhance employee satisfaction.<br>• Utilize Paycom software for HR-related tasks and reporting, if applicable.<br>• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.<br>• Provide training and cross-functional support to enhance HR operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.<br>• Strong knowledge of HR processes, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration.<br>• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data entry; familiarity with Paycom is a plus.<br>• Expertise in compliance areas such as I-9 documentation and audits.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.<br>• Ability to work onsite in Santa Ana, California.<br>• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
