Responsibilities: • Oversee and process bi-weekly payroll for a diverse workforce of over 1,000 employees across multiple states. • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies. • Utilize Paycom software to streamline payroll and benefits-related tasks effectively. • Collaborate with the Chief People Officer to address employee relations and ensure HR processes align with organizational goals. • Maintain and update HRIS systems to accurately reflect employee information and changes. • Handle onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are successfully integrated into the organization. • Provide guidance on multi-state payroll regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Address payroll and benefits inquiries from employees, offering timely and attentive support. • Prepare and validate payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. • Monitor and implement updates to payroll and benefits policies as needed.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in a multi-state environment. • Proficiency in using HRIS platforms, including Paycom, to manage payroll and benefits processes. • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and compliance requirements. • Demonstrated expertise in administering employee benefits programs, including HIPAA compliance. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis. • Solid understanding of onboarding processes and employee relations. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle a high-volume workload. • Ability to work onsite in Costa Mesa, California.
