Legal Administrative Assistant
<p>We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with legal experience to provide contract support to a busy insurance company on Long Island. This position requires a dedicated individual with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. The role involves handling various daily administrative tasks and addressing unexpected needs as they arise.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and organization of incoming and outgoing communications.</p><p>• Maintain accurate and organized file systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval and reference.</p><p>• Process check requests and ensure compliance with organizational procedures.</p><p>• Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls in a courteous manner.</p><p>• Review, edit, and proof documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.</p><p><br></p>
<p>• 5+ years administrative experience - legal administrative experience a big plus!</p><p>• Proficiency in handling receptionist duties, including managing phone calls and welcoming visitors.</p><p>• Excellent editing and proofreading abilities with a keen eye for detail.</p><p>• Ability to manage consumer complaints and coordinate resolution processes effectively.</p><p><br></p>
