Executive Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders in a dynamic organization. This long-term contract position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the seamless execution of executive meetings.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are accurately scheduled.<br>• Arrange and coordinate complex travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.<br>• Prepare detailed itineraries to ensure smooth travel experiences for executives.<br>• Assist in organizing and preparing materials for executive meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is available.<br>• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate communication.<br>• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.<br>• Monitor and prioritize incoming communications to ensure timely responses.<br>• Support executives with administrative tasks, including expense reporting and document preparation.<br>• Proactively identify and address scheduling conflicts or logistical challenges.<br>• Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.<br>• Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.<br>• Expertise in coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.<br>• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.<br>• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.<br>• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
