Scheduling Assistant II
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Scheduling Assistant II in Lancaster, PA. In this role, you will play a key part in managing customer communications, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth execution of various administrative tasks. This is a long-term position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns with clarity and professionalism.</p><p>• Delegate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams or individuals when necessary.</p><p>• Log customer interactions and prepare weekly reports for review.</p><p>• Provide customers with clear instructions regarding pre-job requirements, such as inspection deadlines and necessary preparations.</p><p>• Schedule customer appointments, issue reminders, and confirm arrangements.</p><p>• Maintain detailed records of communications to ensure accurate reporting.</p><p>• Offer scheduling support, including creating work packets and processing bundled job cards.</p><p>• Verify and remove job holds to facilitate workflow.</p><p>• Organize disconnects and assist in closing out work orders.</p><p>• Investigate claims of property damage and coordinate work assignments if liability is determined.</p>
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to address concerns effectively.<br>• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.<br>• Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing reminders.<br>• Experience in maintaining accurate logs and records of communications.<br>• Familiarity with investigating property claims and determining liability.<br>• Capability to assist in creating work packets and processing job-related documents.<br>• Knowledge of job scheduling systems and tools.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
