Receptionist
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist for our office in Yonkers, New York. This is a contract position requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for visitors while ensuring smooth administrative operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet office visitors warmly and guide them to the appropriate person or department.</p><p>• Oversee office supply levels and place orders as needed to ensure availability.</p><p>• Schedule appointments and meetings for staff, coordinating with clients to confirm details.</p><p>• Maintain accurate and up-to-date office records for easy reference.</p><p>• Arrange travel plans and accommodations for employees when necessary.</p><p>• Organize incoming and outgoing mail, including other correspondence.</p><p>• Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and transcribing documents.</p><p>• Answer phone calls promptly, ensuring inquiries are addressed or directed appropriately.</p><p>• Provide excellent customer service to both internal staff and external clients.</p>
• Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles.<br>• Proficiency in handling phone systems and managing multiline phone lines.<br>• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.<br>• Familiarity with general office equipment and software.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Must meet vaccination requirements as outlined by the company.<br>• Reliable and punctual with a meticulous demeanor.
