Receptionist
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. In this long-term contract role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This role requires nights and weekends</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and attentive demeanor, ensuring a welcoming environment.</p><p>• Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries to appropriate staff, and handle messages efficiently.</p><p>• Maintain the reception area to uphold a clean and organized appearance.</p><p>• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.</p><p>• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.</p><p>• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier services.</p><p>• Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.</p><p>• Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.</p><p>• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.</p>
• Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.<br>• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office tools.<br>• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Familiarity with the real estate and property industry is a plus.<br>• Detail-oriented conduct and demeanor.<br>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
