We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to join our team in West Hollywood, California, on a long-term contract basis. This position requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can lead HR functions, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and recruitment, within a dynamic workplace. The ideal candidate will bring a strong ability to manage priorities, ensure compliance, and support organizational goals effectively. Responsibilities: • Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance using systems such as Insperity. • Administer employee benefits programs, including 401(k) plans, and resolve issues as needed. • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, implementing policies, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. • Lead recruitment efforts by reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, and collaborating with leadership on staffing strategies. • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization. • Provide strategic guidance and support to leadership regarding HR best practices and workforce management. • Monitor and improve HR systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Handle commission calculations and biweekly payroll processing with precision. • Develop and maintain HR documentation, including policies and procedures. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

• Proven expertise in a Human Resources leadership role, preferably within healthcare or medical settings. • Proficiency in payroll systems, such as Insperity, and experience managing payroll operations. • Strong understanding of employee benefits administration, including 401(k) plans and commission structures. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment. • Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment and onboarding processes effectively. • Familiarity with HRIS systems and their application in streamlining HR tasks. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
