HR Business Partner
<p>We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in City of Industry, California. In this pivotal role, you will oversee key human resources functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering employee engagement. This is a Contract-to-continuing position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices.</p><p>• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.</p><p>• Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues and recommend effective resolutions.</p><p>• Oversee human resources administration, including onboarding, I-9 compliance, and employee record management.</p><p>• Manage performance management processes to support employee development and organizational success.</p><p>• Administer leave of absence programs and workers’ compensation claims with attention to compliance and care.</p><p>• Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs and training opportunities.</p><p>• Maintain and update the employee handbook to reflect current regulations and company policies.</p><p>• Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.</p><p>• Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.</p>
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an HR Business Partner role.<br>• Strong expertise in employee relations and HR policy development.<br>• Proven experience conducting investigations into employee relations issues.<br>• Knowledge of performance management systems and strategies.<br>• Familiarity with leave of absence programs and workers’ compensation processes.<br>• Proficiency in onboarding procedures and I-9 compliance.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and leadership.<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
