We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Newport Beach, California. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to lead and enhance our HR operations while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities: • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for various departments to meet organizational goals. • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans that align with company growth objectives. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates with relevant experience to address future staffing needs. • Promote a positive candidate experience that aligns with company values and culture. • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention. • Facilitate performance management processes such as goal setting, reviews, and career development programs. • Implement training programs to upskill employees and support their growth and development. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations by maintaining accurate employee records and collaborating with legal counsel as needed. • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees. • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, providing guidance on performance, team dynamics, and HR best practices.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. • Proficiency in HR systems, including HRIS and other human resources management software. • Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and employment laws. • Experience managing onboarding, benefits administration, and absence management processes. • Proven ability to develop and implement effective training and development programs. • Excellent organizational and administrative management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated success in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement.
