<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.</li><li>2–3 years of experience in HR support or specialist-level work.</li><li>In-depth understanding of HR compliance, California labor laws, and reporting standards.</li><li>Excellent communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with HRIS systems and strong Excel proficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p>
