Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors while maintaining the smooth operation of front desk activities. If you have a background in customer service or hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Monitor building entrances and ensure security protocols are followed.<br>• Provide a warm and attentive greeting to guests as they enter and exit the premises.<br>• Perform document scanning and ensure accurate handling of sensitive information.<br>• Assist with general concierge duties, delivering exceptional service to visitors and staff.<br>• Maintain an appearance consistent with business attire standards.<br>• Support additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the front desk.<br>• Address inquiries in a timely and courteous manner, upholding customer service excellence.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as concierge, receptionist, or hospitality positions.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• A detail-oriented demeanor and adherence to a business-appropriate dress code.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.<br>• Familiarity with front desk or concierge services.<br>• Reliable and adaptable to meet the needs of a dynamic work environment.
