Office Assistant
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Princeton, New Jersey. In this role, you will support daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and contributing to the organization's overall efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who excels in administrative tasks and enjoys working in a detail-oriented, collaborative environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and directing calls to the appropriate departments.</p><p>• Scan and organize documents to maintain accurate and accessible records.</p><p>• Manage inbound phone calls with professionalism and provide assistance or route inquiries as needed.</p><p>• Complete various clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.</p><p>• Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and supplies are adequately stocked.</p><p>• Support team members with administrative needs to facilitate project completion.</p><p>• Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.</p><p>• Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling and setting up conference rooms.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documents.</p>
<p>• Proficiency in scanning and organizing documents electronically.</p><p>• Strong communication skills for answering and managing inbound calls.</p><p>• Familiarity with clerical tasks, including filing and data entry.</p><p>• Ability to use office equipment and software effectively.</p><p>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><p>• High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.</p>
