Part-Time Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Shelton, Connecticut. This is a long-term contract position offering a dynamic mix of onsite and remote work opportunities. The role involves supporting administrative and client-facing functions, particularly during the busy tax season.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Manage and respond to incoming client calls, ensuring a courteous and friendly experience.</p><p>• Perform extensive data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Handle and organize large volumes of K-1 forms during tax season.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite tools to create and maintain detailed records.</p><p>• Support the team with administrative tasks, contributing to an efficient office environment.</p><p>• Coordinate schedules and communication to streamline workflows.</p><p>• Adapt to a well-organized office environment, maintaining high standards of organization.</p><p>• Assist with using project management software, such as Canopy, when needed.</p><p>• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure client needs are met effectively.</p><p>• Demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks, taking initiative to address challenges.</p>
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.<br>• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new software tools.<br>• Experience in client-facing roles, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to handle high volumes of data entry with precision.<br>• Familiarity with office environments and workflows that require a detail-oriented approach.<br>• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Availability to work flexible hours, with increased availability during tax season.
