HR Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in New York, New York. In this role, you will take the lead in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent for multiple corporate functions, ensuring the organization is equipped with the best professionals. This is a long-term contract position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, across various corporate departments.<br>• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.<br>• Source candidates through innovative channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.<br>• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with organizational goals and culture.<br>• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve efficiency.<br>• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as a top workplace.<br>• Collaborate on process improvements, such as refining onboarding checklists and streamlining workflows.<br>• Support talent attraction efforts by developing strategies for local and niche markets.<br>• Advocate for best practices in recruitment, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.<br>• Participate in ad hoc projects related to talent acquisition and organizational development.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting, handling high-volume hiring.<br>• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership consultation.<br>• Strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates across diverse functions.<br>• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors preferred) and recruitment metrics.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.<br>• Experience with strategic talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding and training.<br>• High level of energy, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
