In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in attracting top talent, enhancing onboarding processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new employees integrate seamlessly into the organization. • Develop and manage engaging social media content to promote career opportunities and showcase the company’s culture. • Collaborate with HR and Corporate Communications teams to support internal and external branding initiatives. • Address employee concerns and contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. • Partner with HR colleagues to drive employee engagement and retention strategies. • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment operations and ensure compliance. • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve hiring efficiency.

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and conducting interviews.• Background in corporate recruiting with a focus on attracting high-quality candidates.• Strong skills in utilizing applicant tracking systems to optimize recruitment processes.• Ability to create compelling content for social media and employer branding initiatives.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive employee relations.• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute effective onboarding programs.• Knowledge of employee engagement and retention practices.• Familiarity with recruitment strategies within the investment management sector is a plus.• Bilingual Korean a plus*
