Retention Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a Retention Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. This position involves providing direct support to participants in their employment journey, helping them achieve successful job placements and long-term career growth. The ideal candidate will excel at coaching, case management, and connecting individuals with valuable resources to ensure their success.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Guide participants through personalized job placement plans, offering tailored coaching and support.</p><p>• Assist individuals with developing work plans that align with their career goals and provide actionable steps.</p><p>• Organize and actively participate in hiring events to connect participants with potential employers.</p><p>• Establish connections between participants and local community or employment resources.</p><p>• Provide ongoing case management support, ensuring participants have access to necessary tools and guidance.</p><p>• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and workshops aimed at fostering development.</p><p>• Maintain clear and consistent communication with participants to track progress and address challenges.</p><p>• Facilitate scheduling and calendar management for activities related to participant employment.</p><p>• Respond to inquiries and provide assistance with employment-related questions or concerns.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of services to participants.</p>
• Proven experience in job placement, employment coaching, or case management.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and trust with participants.<br>• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.<br>• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating logistics.<br>• Experience with organizing hiring events or similar development activities requiring attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with connecting individuals to community resources and employment opportunities.<br>• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Knowledge of home health or related industries is an advantage.
