Employee Relations Manager
<p>We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team in the Highland Park, New Jersey area. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and managing employee relations effectively. Your expertise in labor relations and performance management will be key to ensuring compliance with local employment laws and addressing workplace concerns.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and adherence to company policies.</p><p>• Manage labor relations matters, including resolving disputes and negotiating agreements.</p><p>• Provide guidance on performance management processes to support employee growth and organizational goals.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in all employee-related matters.</p><p>• Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive workplace culture.</p><p>• Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations best practices.</p><p>• Facilitate training sessions on conflict resolution and effective communication.</p><p>• Maintain detailed records of investigations and resolutions for reporting and compliance purposes.</p><p>• Collaborate with HR teams to align employee relations initiatives with broader organizational objectives.</p>
• Proven experience in employee relations and labor relations management.<br>• Strong background in conducting investigations related to workplace concerns.<br>• Expertise in performance management strategies and practices.<br>• Comprehensive knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
