This long-term contract position is based in Neptune, New Jersey, and involves managing licensing, compliance, and the establishment of infrastructure across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: • Oversee the licensing process, including applications, approvals, and compliance with state regulations. • Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and policies for the new entity. • Collaborate with teams such as Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to align functional requirements. • Manage vendor onboarding for banking, payroll, insurance, and other operational needs. • Create and maintain detailed project plans, setting clear milestones and tracking progress. • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and leadership, providing regular updates on project status. • Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively addressing issues to ensure project success. • Maintain organized documentation for compliance and leadership reporting purposes. • Prepare weekly progress reports and provide recommendations for future expansion efforts. • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in progressive project management roles. • Strong knowledge of multi-state licensing and compliance processes. • Proven ability to manage operational setup across departments such as Finance, HR, and IT. • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools. • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency in project management software and tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred. • Background in consulting, detail-oriented roles, or industries requiring regulatory compliance is a plus.
