HR Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Newport Beach, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing key human resources functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting onboarding processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of HR practices.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and manage onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.<br>• Administer and maintain HR systems and records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.<br>• Conduct background checks and verify employment documentation as part of the hiring process.<br>• Monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures, addressing any concerns promptly.<br>• Assist with workers' compensation claims and ensure alignment with legal requirements.<br>• Support various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files and processing paperwork.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and ensure operational efficiency.<br>• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.<br>• Manage HRIS systems to track employee information and generate reports.<br>• Ensure all HR activities align with organizational goals and legal standards.
• Proven experience in human resources administration, preferably in a coordinator role.<br>• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and procedures.<br>• Familiarity with HRIS systems and ability to manage employee data effectively.<br>• Experience conducting background checks and handling sensitive employee information.<br>• In-depth understanding of HR compliance and workers' compensation laws.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
