Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining smooth office operations while providing outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Bilingual Spanish skills are essential to effectively communicate and support diverse needs.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.<br>• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with attentiveness and a friendly demeanor.<br>• Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and organized records.<br>• Greet and assist visitors, creating a welcoming and efficient reception experience.<br>• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.<br>• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.<br>• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.<br>• Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.<br>• Adapt to additional responsibilities as required to support office needs.
• Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.<br>• Fluency in Spanish and English to facilitate communication with diverse stakeholders.<br>• Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office.<br>• High level of discretion in handling sensitive information.
