We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Gardena, California. If you have a strong background in human resources and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.<br>• Conduct workplace investigations and provide guidance on complex employee relations matters.<br>• Ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws, leveraging knowledge and certifications as applicable.<br>• Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates and facilitating technical hiring processes.<br>• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.<br>• Administer benefits programs and provide support for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.<br>• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate records and streamline human resources operations.<br>• Collaborate with management to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.<br>• Provide training and development opportunities to support employee growth and operational success.<br>• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR policies and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.<br>• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a strong emphasis on employee relations and engagement.<br>• Previous experience in manufacturing environments is preferred but not mandatory.<br>• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly desired.<br>• Proven expertise in conducting workplace investigations and advising on employee relations issues.<br>• Comprehensive knowledge of California and federal employment laws; certifications in this area are a plus.<br>• Strong familiarity with HRIS systems and their applications.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and resolve issues effectively.
