HR Generalist
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Westlake Village, California. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee benefit programs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HR administration, employee relations, and benefits management.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and oversee annual open enrollment processes for corporate employee benefits.<br>• Guide new hires through benefit enrollment and assist existing employees with life event changes.<br>• Ensure compliance with Affordable Care Act regulations and related reporting requirements.<br>• Manage 401k plan administration, including required testing, 5500 filings, and other necessary reports.<br>• Process benefit-related invoices to ensure timely payments within the purchasing system.<br>• Administer and monitor employee leaves of absence, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.<br>• Analyze salary administration data, prepare reports, and provide insights for bonus plans and compensation strategies.<br>• Work with brokers to negotiate competitive and cost-effective benefit offerings, exploring innovative enhancements.<br>• Guarantee adherence to pay transparency requirements and other compensation reporting obligations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on benefits and HR administration.<br>• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and HR compliance standards.<br>• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, with experience in Paylocity preferred.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage onboarding processes and benefit functions effectively.<br>• Familiarity with compensation reporting and regulatory requirements.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams.
