We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Azusa, California. In this long-term contract position, you will focus on supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless hiring process for our organization. Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Coordinate and conduct personality assessments for prospective hires. • Travel occasionally to set up interviews and meet with candidates. • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain and organize candidate records. • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. • Perform background checks and ensure compliance with organizational policies. • Leverage ADP Workforce Now and other HR tools to streamline recruitment workflows. • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external vendors to expand talent networks. • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies. • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment processes and attract top talent.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems.• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and CRM tools.• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to support interview setups.• Experience conducting background checks and managing benefit functions.• Knowledge of job boards such as CareerBuilder and other sourcing platforms.• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
