Human Resources (HR) Manager
<p>We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join a team in Beverly Hills, California. This is a hybrid position offering the opportunity to lead key HR functions, including payroll, talent acquisition, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will help foster a positive workplace culture and align HR strategies with organizational goals.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee and manage payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.</p><p>• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-performing employees.</p><p>• Lead onboarding efforts and implement training programs to support employee development and engagement.</p><p>• Ensure company adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.</p><p>• Address employee relations matters by providing fair and proactive solutions.</p><p>• Collaborate with department leaders to align HR practices with business objectives.</p><p>• Promote a workplace culture that enhances job satisfaction, retention, and team collaboration.</p><p>• Manage benefit functions and ensure employees are well-informed about available resources.</p><p>• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate records and optimize HR processes.</p>
• Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.<br>• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance requirements.<br>• Expertise in talent acquisition, including recruitment strategies and candidate assessment.<br>• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and their application in HR operations.<br>• Ability to manage onboarding and training initiatives effectively.<br>• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.<br>• Experience in fast-paced industries such as entertainment or startups is a plus.
