Receptionist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team in Garden City, New York. In this long-term contract role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.<br>• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, transferring calls to the appropriate departments.<br>• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.<br>• Handle email correspondence promptly and professionally.<br>• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring easy accessibility.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various administrative tasks.<br>• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
