Receptionist
<p>We are looking for a <strong><u>detail-oriented and proactive Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Allen, Texas</u></strong>. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as a friendly and approachable demeanor.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Answer incoming client phone calls and provide appropriate assistance or redirection.</p><p>• Screen sales-related calls and ensure they are directed to the correct department.</p><p>• Welcome visitors and notify relevant staff or clients of their arrival.</p><p>• Perform timely word processing and desktop publishing tasks for clients.</p><p>• Provide administrative support as requested, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.</p><p>• Keep the reception and lobby area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.</p><p>• Manage conference room schedules and oversee equipment rentals.</p><p>• Support managers with coverage at other company locations when needed.</p><p>• Receive and log incoming deliveries for both the company and its clients.</p><p>• Accurately record changes related to administrative tasks and document services provided.</p>
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and staff.<br>• Proficiency in word processing and desktop publishing tools.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.<br>• Familiarity with managing reception areas and conference rooms.<br>• Capacity to assist with coverage across multiple locations when required.<br>• Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
