An established investment firm is seeking a talented <strong>Administrative Assistant</strong> to provide critical support to its leadership and operational teams.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><strong>Calendar Management:</strong> Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments to ensure efficient time management for executives.</li><li><strong>Document Preparation:</strong> Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with the utmost accuracy and professionalism.</li><li><strong>Travel Coordination:</strong> Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.</li><li><strong>Communication Support:</strong> Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear lines of communication.</li><li><strong>Data Entry and Organization:</strong> Manage and organize data in spreadsheets, databases, or financial software tools.</li><li><strong>Office Operations:</strong> Ensure supplies are adequately stocked, organize files, and help maintain a welcoming office environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
