Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Woodland Park, New Jersey. This Contract-to-permanent position is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with customers to provide exceptional service. As part of the manufacturing industry, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to sales growth.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Engage with customers proactively to identify potential sales opportunities and recommend tailored products or services.</p><p>• Handle customer returns efficiently by presenting alternatives such as exchanges or other solutions.</p><p>• Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance customer experience and drive revenue.</p><p>• Maintain an in-depth understanding of product features, company policies, and promotional campaigns to provide accurate information.</p><p>• Record all customer interactions and activities using designated organizational tools.</p><p>• Respond to inbound calls promptly, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.</p><p>• Collaborate with the sales team to provide quotes and support inside sales efforts.</p><p>• Manage both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.</p>
• Proven experience in call center or customer service roles.<br>• Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.<br>• Familiarity with inside sales and upselling techniques.<br>• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.<br>• Knowledge of providing quotes and supporting sales initiatives.<br>• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.<br>• Proficiency in using customer service tools and systems.<br>• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
