Responsibilities: • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely placement. • Coordinate shipments and oversee the creation of shipping documentation. • Generate and finalize invoices for completed orders. • Scan and organize documents for record-keeping and compliance. • Provide general administrative and clerical support to assist various departments. • Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally. • Utilize Salesforce.com to track customer interactions and order details.

• Proven experience in order entry and processing within a customer service role. • Ability to handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency. • Familiarity with invoicing systems and procedures. • Knowledge of shipping processes and documentation requirements. • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms. • Strong organizational skills, particularly in document scanning and management. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
