Human Resources (HR) Assistant
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Tustin, California. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless execution of HR processes, employee onboarding, and administrative tasks. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate and schedule interviews, orientations for new hires, and termination processes.</p><p>• Ensure timely follow-ups with department managers to collect and manage HR documentation.</p><p>• Organize, print, and file employee records to maintain accurate and up-to-date files.</p><p>• Collaborate with the IT department to set up necessary hardware and software for new hires and handle equipment for departing employees.</p><p>• Verify employee eligibility through E-Verify and maintain compliance with I-9 requirements.</p><p>• Input new employee information into the organization's HR systems for accurate record-keeping.</p><p>• Create and manage job postings using the Lever platform to attract top talent.</p><p>• Welcome candidates and ensure interview arrangements are properly handled.</p><p>• Provide support for additional HR tasks and projects as needed.</p>
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.<br>• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.<br>• Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service in an HR setting.<br>• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.<br>• Experience in onboarding, employee relations, and corporate recruiting.<br>• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to hiring processes.
