We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Sugarland, Texas. This is a Contract-to-permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and high-performing work environment. The role requires 100% onsite presence and involves managing a high volume of transactions within a dynamic team setting. Responsibilities: • Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment and proper coding. • Perform check runs and reconcile payment records to maintain accuracy. • Collaborate with a team of five to manage a high volume of accounts payable tasks. • Utilize Oracle Fusion software to streamline and maintain accounts payable operations. • Ensure all invoices are coded correctly according to company guidelines. • Verify invoice details and resolve discrepancies promptly. • Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions for auditing purposes. • Assist in improving processes and workflows to enhance efficiency. • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries.

• Proven experience in accounts payable operations, including invoice processing and coding. • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or similar accounting software. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions. • Ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain detailed records. • Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors and team members. • Familiarity with check runs and reconciliation processes. • Capability to work onsite in Sugarland, Texas as part of a collaborative team.
