We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in accounts payable processes while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: • Process and verify invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. • Input numeric data into financial systems with precision and attention to detail. • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to manage accounts payable workflows. • Generate and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel to support financial decision-making. • Communicate with vendors effectively, including in Spanish, to address inquiries and maintain strong and reliable relationships. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations. • Monitor and maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions. • Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role. • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel. • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. • Experience handling vendor statements and resolving payment discrepancies. • Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish, both written and verbal. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
