Maintain compliance with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities.</li><li>Ascertaining the Company remains current on all tax matters, including proactive in planning on a proactive basis.</li><li>Assuming responsibility for smooth flow of tax information to/from the tax advisors to ensure accurate, complete and timely preparation and delivery of all Company tax returns.</li><li>File quarterly taxes</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate completion of all compliance and regulatory reporting.</li></ul>Offering benefits and a very competitive compensation plan.
