Human Resources (HR) Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented bilingual Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Sherman Oaks, California. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations and organizational efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic services environment while sharpening your administrative and HR skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing mail, scanning documents, and managing filing systems.</p><p>• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.</p><p>• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to records.</p><p>• Create and format reports, presentations, and various documents as required.</p><p>• Assist in compiling data and preparing regularly scheduled reports.</p><p>• Monitor office supply inventory, research vendors, and manage supply orders.</p><p>• Offer cross-functional support by collaborating with other departments when necessary.</p>
<p>• Must be a fluent Spanish speaker </p><p>• At least 2 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles.</p><p>• Strong skills in administrative assistance, including scheduling, document preparation, and organization.</p><p>• Proficiency with electronic filing systems and maintaining digital records.</p><p>• Experience in providing back-office support and receptionist duties.</p><p>• Excellent communication and time management skills.</p><p>• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.</p><p>• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.</p>
