Receptionist
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly bilingual Spanish/English Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Gardena, California. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience in a reception or administrative role.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet visitors in a warm and attentive manner while managing the front desk area.</p><p>• Operate a multi-line phone system, including answering and directing inbound calls efficiently.</p><p>• Coordinate and manage switchboard activities for phone systems with up to 10 lines.</p><p>• Provide accurate information and assistance to callers and visitors regarding company services.</p><p>• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a high standard of appearance.</p><p>• Assist with light administrative tasks, including data entry and document handling.</p><p>• Monitor and distribute incoming mail and packages appropriately.</p><p>• Support the team with scheduling and coordinating appointments as needed.</p><p>• Ensure proper handling of confidential information and maintain discretion at all times.</p>
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.<br>• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and switchboards.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and data entry.<br>• Detail-oriented approach and appearance to represent the organization effectively.<br>• High level of reliability and punctuality.<br>• Flexibility to work part-time hours as required.
