Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet visitors and callers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.<br>• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.<br>• Perform accurate data entry tasks using alphanumeric systems with high speed and precision.<br>• Maintain and update records, files, and documentation as needed.<br>• Coordinate scheduling and appointments for team members and visitors.<br>• Assist with administrative tasks, including email correspondence and report preparation.<br>• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.<br>• Collaborate with other staff members to support overall office operations.<br>• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.<br>• Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate concerns to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.<br>• Proficiency in alpha numeric data entry with speeds between 6,000 - 8,000 KPH.<br>• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Familiarity with email platforms and basic office software.<br>• Ability to demonstrate a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.<br>• High attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
