Human Resources (HR) Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Chatsworth, California, and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment in the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for supporting HR operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide comprehensive administrative support for HR operations, including maintaining and organizing employee records in line with company policies and compliance standards.<br>• Prepare and distribute essential HR documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.<br>• Assist in recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and facilitating communication with candidates.<br>• Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.<br>• Respond promptly to employee inquiries, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.<br>• Maintain and update HR systems with accurate data, generating reports and insights as needed.<br>• Collaborate in planning and executing company events and training sessions to enhance employee engagement and development.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role or related administrative position.<br>• Strong knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, employee relations, and recruitment.<br>• Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related tools.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.<br>• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees at all levels.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.<br>• Familiarity with conducting background checks and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
