<p>Client is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to partner with the HR & Enterprise Services team on a 6-month engagement (October 2024 – March 2025).</p><p>This role will serve as a catalyst for change, leading a full redesign of the City’s performance review and management process. <p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Deep public sector experience: familiarity with laws, regulations, collective bargaining, public agency HR rules</li><li>Demonstrated track record of designing and managing performance review / performance management systems for mid- to large-sized organizations, preferably municipalities or comparable public entities</li><li>Strong change-management skills; ability to lead process reengineering and stakeholder alignment</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare clear tools, training materials</li><li>Analytical mindset: ability to assess data / performance metrics and design measurable improvements</li><li>Ability to work independently and deliver results under a defined timeline</li></ul><p><br></p>
