Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Brockton, Massachusetts. In this contract position, you will work closely with the property manager to handle administrative responsibilities, assist with leasing activities, and deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective renters. This fully onsite role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to contribute to property management operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist in processing leasing paperwork and tenant applications accurately and efficiently.<br>• Conduct initial interviews with prospective tenants to gather necessary information.<br>• Ensure all practices comply with Fair Housing regulations and guidelines.<br>• Coordinate apartment-side operations, including scheduling, tracking unit availability, and liaising with maintenance teams.<br>• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service.<br>• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and documentation.<br>• Handle inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate parties.<br>• Support receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence.<br>• Collaborate with the property manager to streamline administrative workflows.<br>• Maintain organized office systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Proven administrative skills with strong attention to detail.<br>• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.<br>• Familiarity with leasing processes or a willingness to learn.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and office software applications.<br>• Ability to handle inbound calls and manage receptionist responsibilities.<br>• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is a plus.<br>• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.<br>• Previous experience in property management or related fields preferred.
