We are looking for a motivated Operations Specialist to join our team in Wilton, Connecticut. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a vital part in the parts department, ensuring the seamless flow of materials to support workshop activities. Responsibilities: • Coordinate the movement of physical parts from inventory to the workshop based on input data. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate handling of spare parts. • Perform numeric data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of parts inventory. • Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or delays in workshop operations. • Ensure all data is entered efficiently and accurately into relevant systems. • Work closely with the workshop team to address any issues related to parts availability. • Maintain organization within the parts department to streamline operations. • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling materials and data. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or concerns.

• At least 2 years of experience in operations or a related field. • Proficiency in numeric data entry and typing with a focus on accuracy. • Familiarity with spare parts management is highly desirable. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders. • Willingness to adhere to safety and operational procedures. • Basic understanding of inventory systems or software is a plus.
