In this role, you will manage and oversee payment processes, ensuring all invoices are accurately processed, verified, and reconciled. Responsibilities:• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accurate documentation and approval before payment.• Manage incoming mail by sorting invoices and setting payment priorities.• Accurately input, code, and track invoices, credit memos, and discounts within the organization's financial system.• Generate aged payable reports for review and approval, organizing payments based on vendor preferences.• Perform regular check runs and ensure timely disbursement of funds.• Create and maintain wiring templates on the bank account platform for efficient payment processing. Desired Experience:• Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.• Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1) or similar ERP systems.• Familiarity with financial operations in the manufacturing industry.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and payment processing.• Excellent communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams.
