The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-state payroll management and a commitment to delivering precise results. Responsibilities:• Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processes for the league and affiliated teams.• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and company policies.• Process payroll accurately for employees across various locations.• Utilize payroll software, such as Gusto, to streamline operations and maintain records.• Handle payroll for a workforce of 101-500 employees, ensuring timely and correct payments.• Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll-related inquiries and issues.• Prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Excel to analyze payroll data and trends.• Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information.• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing. • Expertise in managing multi-state payroll operations. • Proficiency in using payroll software, preferably Gusto. • Strong knowledge of payroll management for medium-sized organizations (101-500 employees). • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with payroll regulations and compliance standards. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
