<p>We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting payroll operations for a multistate workforce of over 3,000 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations. Offers a hybrid work environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process payroll for a multistate workforce of 3,000 employees using UKG UltiPro or similar payroll systems.</p><p>• Handle union and non-union payrolls with precision and compliance.</p><p>• Perform payroll tax reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.</p><p>• Manage employee timekeeping systems, including Kronos and UKG Ready.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with multistate payroll laws and regulations.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to oversee 401k and RRSP administration.</p><p>• Utilize accounting software systems for payroll processing and reporting.</p><p>• Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.</p><p>• Maintain detailed documentation for audits and compliance purposes</p>

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably for a multistate workforce.<br>• Proficiency in Ceridian, UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and Kronos timekeeping systems.<br>• Strong knowledge of union and non-union payroll processes.<br>• Experience with payroll tax reconciliations and related accounting functions.<br>• Familiarity with multistate payroll regulations and compliance requirements.<br>• Ability to manage 401k and RRSP administration effectively.<br>• Background in retail or luxury brands is a plus, but not required.<br>• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
