Responsibilities: • Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Review and assess documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards. • Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the development of project deliverables. • Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states and propose actionable strategies. • Work closely with call center teams to understand customer service workflows and optimize operations. • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of proposed changes. • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance business analysis processes.
