The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making with regards to a recent Workday implementation. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and identify key business opportunities.</p><p>• Develop and maintain complex financial models to project outcomes and assess performance metrics.</p><p>• Perform variance analysis to evaluate financial results against budgets and forecasts.</p><p>• Generate ad hoc financial reports and analyses to address specific business needs and questions.</p><p>• Utilize data mining techniques to extract valuable insights and enhance financial reporting accuracy.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on financial strategies and objectives.</p><p>• Prepare detailed presentations and reports to communicate findings to senior leadership.</p><p>• Monitor industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into financial planning processes.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations while maintaining accuracy and reliability of data.</p><p>• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends that inform future financial strategies.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are interested in this Senior Financial Analyst position, please email your resume in a Word format to joseph.colagiacomo@roberthalf with the subject line: "Senior Financial Analyst-Workday"</p>
